Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods (new product drops, promotions, holidays), processing times may extend by 1–2 extra business days.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited / Air Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

  • Standard International: 7–20 business days

  • Priority International: 5–12 business days

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (depending on your settings at checkout).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Shipping Address Changes

If you need to correct or update your shipping address, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has begun processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages

However, we will always do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and resolving the issue.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace or refund your item depending on the situation.


Pre-Orders & Custom Products

If you purchase a pre-order or made-to-order item (such as custom candles, jewelry, tarot kits, or spell jars):

  • Shipping timelines will be listed on the product page

  • Your entire order may ship together once all items are available

  • If you’d like items shipped separately, please place separate orders
