Anti-Spam Policy

Enlightened Today LLC, doing business as Spiritual Society ("Spiritual Society," "we," "our," or "us"), prohibits unsolicited commercial email and does not permit spiritualsociety.co to be promoted through spam.

Permission-Based Marketing

We send promotional email only to people who have a direct relationship with Spiritual Society and who have either expressly agreed to receive marketing communications through a Spiritual Society form or provided their email address in connection with a purchase from us, subject to applicable law and the choices presented at collection. Our audiences are built internally through Spiritual Society properties and advertising campaigns operated by us, including campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google.

We do not purchase, rent, scrape, harvest, or append third-party email lists. We do not use co-registration lists, and we do not authorize affiliates, lead vendors, or other third parties to send unsolicited email that advertises or links to spiritualsociety.co.

Sender Requirements

Marketing messages promoting Spiritual Society are sent through service providers authorized by us, currently including GetResponse and Klaviyo. We require every promotional message to identify Spiritual Society accurately, include our valid postal address, and provide a clear, functioning unsubscribe method. We authenticate our sending domains using applicable email-authentication standards.

No employee, contractor, vendor, affiliate, or other third party may advertise spiritualsociety.co by email unless the recipients provided valid consent and the campaign complies with this policy and applicable law. We do not currently operate an affiliate email program. Any future partner must receive written authorization and comply with this policy.

Unsubscribe and Suppression

Recipients may unsubscribe using the link in any promotional email or by contacting support@spiritualsociety.co. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain suppression controls intended to prevent opted-out recipients from receiving future promotional messages. We also suppress hard bounces and spam complaints and exclude inactive recipients under our engagement practices.

A request to stop promotional messages does not prevent necessary transactional or service messages relating to an order, payment, account, requested support, or delivery of a digital product. Transactional messages are not used to circumvent an unsubscribe request.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor our email programs and investigate complaints, delivery failures, and suspected unauthorized use of our domain. We may suspend campaigns, remove contacts, restrict or terminate access, and take other corrective action when this policy is violated. We require our email providers and any authorized vendors to follow permission-based sending and suppression requirements.

Reporting Abuse

To report suspected unsolicited email involving spiritualsociety.co, forward the message with its full headers to support@spiritualsociety.co. Please include any relevant details. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
